CHATTANOOGA, TENN. – Two Erlanger practices, Erlanger Primary Care – Cleveland and Children’s Hospital at Erlanger’s Children’s Specialty Care in Cleveland, will be changing locations on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Erlanger Primary Care – Cleveland will now be located within Bradley Heritage Medical Park, off Paul Huff Parkway, with the new address 4312 Holiday Inn Express Way, NW, Suite 202 Cleveland, TN 37312.
Children’s Specialty Care will be moving into the current location of Erlanger Primary – Cleveland, 101 Keith Street SW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
Both practices will begin seeing patients in their new locations on July 1, 2024, with no additional office closures. The telephone numbers for both practices will remain the same: 423-778-9671 for Erlanger Primary Care – Cleveland and 423-778-KIDS (5437) for Children’s Specialty Care – Cleveland.
